Description: Customer communications, including phone contact, written, faxed, and electronic correspondence to ensure highest level of customer service and relations. - Identify current and future customer service requirements by establishing personal rapport with actual and potential customers. - Submit call reports in a timely manner and prepares sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales information and marketing trends. - Effective written documentation and communication with respect to quotes, artwork, sales orders, warranty requests, and other data as required. - As applicable, interpret quote request data and provide timely and accurate quotes directly to the customer. - Provide quality control via accuracy of documentation and physical product inspection. - Provide timely/accurate scheduled reports to management. - Maintain a high level of communication with Production to ensure quality is maintained, "bottlenecks" and delays avoided, and production personnel obtain a high degree of confidence in the completeness and accuracy of all information provided by the Sales Dept. - Communication, customer service, and training needs as required to select marketing partners. - Other duties as assigned by supervisor or management.
Desired Qualifications: - Marketing or Business Administration degree preferred, or comparable inside sales experience. - Outstanding communication skills, self-motivation, and good organization skills.
Pay scale: Base plus commission, D.O.E.
