ESCO employs a lean manufacturing tool known as 6S, it stands for Sort, Shine, Standardize, Set, Safety and Sustain. Adopting 6S principles has led to a more well-organized work environment where everyone takes ownership of their work and activities. Our new office facility constructed in 2015 was built with energy-efficient lighting, insulation and programmable HVAC systems. Both of our manufacturing facilities have been re-fitted with energy-efficient illumination.
